Latitude hosts its first Junior Senior prom

Latitude Juniors and Seniors gathered at at the Huey P Newton lounge at Merritt College on Friday May 20. Guests were rapid tested before entering the building and were not required to wear masks. Ivory Creation decorated the room with gold, black, and white details and balloons. A DJ provided music and a professional photographer took photos against a colorful backdrop. Finger foods and desserts like a chocolate fountain were provided. Near the end of the night Latitude elected its first prom king and queen, seniors Daveyon and Sierra.
